Return or Cancellation Policy
At BabiesOhBabies.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly refund your money or offer you an exchange less the original shipping charges. Read below the exceptions.
Please check your order carefully before submitting and notify us immediately of any sizing or spelling errors. BabiesOhBabies.com makes every attempt to provide actual colors of our products. Please note slight variations may occur on individual screen monitors. Please email us with any questions before ordering.

Shipping charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility. BabiesOhBabies.com must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. The first day starts the day the item is delivered. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original packaging and include all paperwork and warranty cards. If packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you.

Once we have issued an authorization number, your returned items must arrive back to us within 10 days in order to receive a credit or exchange.
All monogram items are non refundable. All merchandise has a 50% re-stocking fee on returned items. All personalized and custom made to order items cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable, unless there is an error on the part of BabiesOhBabies.com. Any specialty products from a company that does not except refunds cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Crib and toddler bedding by are non-refundable or exchangeable. Clothing, hair ware items, etc. are non-refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of the products. This included hats, bows, bathing suits and headbands. Some of our companies have a non-refundable policy.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled only if BabiesOhBabies.com is notified within 24 hours of the time the order is placed and it is a company that products can be returned for a refund or exchange. BabiesOhBabies has the right to not refund or exchange all merchandise on their site for any reason deemed necessary. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with BabiesOhBabies.com.
