Shipping

Small Parcel - Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Usually items will arrive between 2 to 6 business days. All products from the manufacturer will have minimum shipping time.  Most small items will ship within 2-4 weeks.  If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Truck Delivery - Many items on our website are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail in two ways. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agents pick-up location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointments.  The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. When your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services. Please make sure that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please advise the shipping company at the time of delivery. 

Truck Freight Threshold - This method is just like "Truck Freight - Back of Truck" (see above), only the truck freight company will deliver your order to the threshold or front door, if yours is a residential delivery or to the loading dock, if it is a commercial delivery. Unfortunately, they are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

White Glove Freight:
This service provides two man delivery, to inside your residence and the room you choose. If you have more that two flights of stairs, you will need to contact customer support.  One important thing to remember about white glove freight, is that you MUST inspect the product at the time of delivery.  If there is any damage to either the product or the package, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign.  Products on our site has an estimated time it will take to ship.  Some products ship out within 1-2 days.  Some products may take longer and ship out within 2-4 weeks.  It depends on the product and if the product is a special order, it may take longer.  You may purchase special deliveries, such as next day.  This is an additional charge and you can contact us for more information. 

Free Shipping: Items on our site may be marked FREE SHIPPING!  We offer to our customers FREE SHIPPING with any order of $99.00 and up.  You will see the free shipping in your shopping cart.  We only ship in the United States.
